There are 9 board members that are elected by the citizens of Dallas to be on The Dallas Independent School District's board. They are the only body that has a vote on the school district's budget and to make policy decisions for the school district. Why is it that we are to believe that the elected officials should give over their authority to a group who are not accountable to the citizens? Trustee's keep asking questions because you will be held accountable.
